I had the chance to hang out with my cute nieces last week. They were so good, and I was never lacking for someone to push Paige's stroller or play with her! (Shoot, as long as I only have one Carter, dealing with five was no problem!)
Our children's museum currently has a display called grossolgy. Lots of things to discover about body functions!
Sometimes it was hard to tell who had the most fun....Adults or kids?
Afterwords we were hungry so we went to eat at Sam's Club. Then we did a little shopping. I got a lot of funny looks. ("sheesh woman ever hear of birth control," was a frequent thought I am sure) Lots of people asked if they were all mine. I had kids age 7,5,3,3,1. (And 18 if you count Jared) What a fun adventure! Thanks kids!
The play group in our ward scheduled a tour at Anderson Dairy! The kids had so much fun and were way into the animals and everything. The best part comes at the end...free ice cream! I love to get out and watch the kids experience fun things!
-Paige is entering the "parrot" stage. She repeats everything. So cute
-Counting down until Paige goes into nursery! I can attend/listen in church again!
-Last week I volunteered to teach Carter's primary class, last minute. We had 10 three year olds!!! 10!!!! Need I say more?
-Soaking up the sun in the pool!
-(this one I have to through in as a pat on the back to me) Yesterday I washed, Folded, AND put away 5 loads of laundry! I tend to wash and then let it pile up in my room for a few days or even weeks! Bad habit! My Mom does it!
That about sums up this month. We also had the Brummett family reunion, I am waiting for pictures to post about it!
I finally tried to do something with Paige's hair! She was not very happy about the idea, as you can see. But I love it. Even if it is a sad little ponytail it makes her look like a girl! What cute kids. Carter tried to make her feel better about it. He says "Paige, is my sister. I love her."
I was at a department store with the kids. We passed the ladies things and Carter took off running, yelling, "look Mom!" He went up to a display of manikins and Said, "ha ha, look! Underpants!" I was like Okay lets keep going. He climbed onto the stand with them and put his arm around their waists and yells, "Hey Mom, take a picture of me!" Seriously? Isn't that something that a typical 14 year old would say? Not my Innocent 3 year old!!! I was a little embarrassed but laughing pretty hard.
